GDC CHATROO ORGANISED PAINTING COMPETION UNDER SWACHHTA PAKHWADA Today on 2nd August, 2024, GDC Chatroo organized painting competition as a part of program under Swachhta Pakheada. 8 students participated in the event, showcasing their creativity and dedication to the theme of cleanliness and hygiene. Among them three students namely Arshad Hussain Mohd. Alyas Malik and Junaid Hassan got ist, 2ND and 3rd prize respectively. The entire program was organized under the supervision of Principal, Dr. Ved Kumar. The program begins with national anthem, setting a patriotic tone for the competition, followed by an aweareness speech by Principal, who emphasized the students to take active part in all the programs, that will be organized under swachhta pakhwada. The paintings were meticulously scrutinized by a panel of judges, including Dr. Ather Hussain, Prof. Gazenfer Ali and Dr. Vikram Rathore, who evaluated the entries based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and artistic skill. The program was oraganised by the Nodal officer (SWACHHTA PAKHWADA) Prof. Chander Parkash. It is pertinent to mentioned that the college is set to organize a series of programs up to 15th august, 2024, aimed at raising awareness about cleanliness and hygine among the masses. These activities are part of the college’s ongoing commitment to the swachhta pakhwada initiative, fostering a sense of responsibility and community spirit among students and the local population.
